Information you give us directly:

Contact, biographical and payment information - this includes your contact details, social media handle, financial and credit card information if you are a customer paying directly through our Site, personal description and photograph, company name and position, login and password details, and information you share in discussion boards, search queries, feedback forums, or in customer service requests. This may also include audio or video recordings if you participate in a customer interview or testimonial (and where legally permissible).
Employment and professional information - if you apply for a job at Auth0, this includes your CV, resumé or other details about your education and employment history in relation to recruitment activities. In limited circumstances and only where legally permissible, this may include sensitive personal data, such as information about health or disability (e.g. where required for access) or information about ethnicity (e.g. where relevant to local diversity obligations for employment purposes).
Information we automatically collect from your interactions with us:

Technical information related to your visit to our Sites and/or Services - this includes your Internet protocol (IP) address (which can provide general information about your location, country, region, or city, but not your precise location), login information, device data such as device/browser type and version, time zone setting, and the operating system and platform you use when visiting our Sites or Services.
Information about your use of our Site and Services, and your activities and your interaction with our marketing materials - this may include the web address of the page you were on prior to coming to our Site and the page you visit after you leave. We may also process information about what you do on our Sites, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, downloads and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page, and data relating to whether you engaged with our marketing materials (e.g. from web beacons). Information we obtain from other sources:

Marketing and sales information (including your web browsing activity if cookies are enabled) - this includes biographical information and job information, contact details, sales orders from third party lead generation resources and marketing list vendors such as ZoomInfo, or from publicly available sources such as LinkedIn. We may receive information about your browsing activities on websites outside of Auth0 collected via partners such as 6Sense. We also receive information from marketing partners and event sponsors where we co-host events and webinars and from digital advertising partners, business partners, advertising networks, analytics providers, and search information providers.
Log-in / authentication information and other information related to our provision of the Services - if you log in to our Site or Services by using credentials from a third party (for example, Google, Microsoft or GitHub), or if you engage a "Third Party Integration" (see the Auth0 Marketplace Terms of Use for more information) to send information, we will receive information that you (or the Customer on your behalf) have authorized for sharing. Channel partners that offer joint marketing services, or referral or reseller partners of the Services will also pass details to Auth0 in order for us to follow-up with prospective customers and/or to fulfil customer orders.
Employment / educational history / background check information - if you apply for a job at Auth0, our service providers, partners or other agencies, such as recruitment agencies or referees, may provide information in relation to your application for employment with Auth0, including information about immigration status or criminal allegations or offences in relation to compulsory background checks, where legally permissible. https://auth0.com/privacy#

2. TYPES OF INFORMATION GATHERED

The information we collect from our users helps to personalize and continually improve the user experience on the platform. Here are the types of information we gather:

Information You Give Us. You provide information when you search, read, listen and view content, register as a user, use the services, and/or communicate with us through our contact information or through our contact forms. As a result of those actions, you might supply us with the following information:

  • First and last name

  • Email address
  • Phone number (includes WhatsApp number)

  • Payment information
  • User content

Information Collected Automatically: By accessing, registering and using the platform you automatically provide us with the following information:

If you access the platform through a mobile phone, we will collect the following information:

Payment information: Your credit/debit card or payment information will be processed by the payment platforms available on Stream Dream Development, which will treat and keep your data securely and for the sole purpose of processing transactions within the platform. Stream Dream Development reserves the right to contract any payment platform available on the market, which will treat your data for the sole purpose of processing transactions within the platform.

GOOGLE Analytics. We use Google Analytics provided by Google, Inc., USA ("Google"). These tool and technologies collect and analyse certain types of information, including IP addresses, device and software identifiers, referring and exit URLs, feature use metrics and statistics, media access control address (MAC Address), mobile unique device identifiers, and other similar information. The information generated by Google Analytics (including your IP address) may be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. We use the GOOGLE Analytics collection of data to enhance the platform and improve our service.

Facebook Pixel: Our platform uses Facebook pixels that enable us, our advertisers and service providers:

  • Collect statistics on our platforms and social networks (for example, number of users who visited a page).
  • Collect information about how you interact with our platforms and social networks (e.g., whether you opened or followed links contained within).
  • Personalize online services and marketing communications.
  • Match ads to users and optimize advertising campaigns.

3. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to provide services. Stream Dream Development may be allowed to retain personal data for a longer period whenever the user has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, Stream Dream Development may be obliged to retain personal data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority. Once the retention period expires, personal data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.

In general, we use the information we collect primarily to provide, maintain, protect and improve our current platform and services. We use personal information collected through our site as described below and described elsewhere in this Policy to:

5. HOW DO YOU GET MY CONSENT?

By registering as a user, using the services, purchasing subscriptions, creating events, accessing the different rooms through the tickets, purchasing tickets, communicating with us through the contact forms or our contact information, accepting the use of cookies by our platform and providing us with personal information to communicate with you, you consent to our collection, storage and use of your information on the terms contained in this privacy policy. You consent to the use of cookies on our platform when you give your acceptance through the pop-up window displayed on our website. You may withdraw your consent by sending us your request via the contact information.



6. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only as described below.

Third-Party Service Providers. We use the services of third parties to perform certain functions on the platform. For example, process payments, create the platform and host the platform, send email, analyse data (Google Analytics), create ads (Facebook, Google), provide marketing services and provide search results.

These third-party services and tools may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use that information for other purposes. Information shared with these third-party services will be treated and stored in accordance with their respective privacy policies and our privacy policy.

Business Transfers. In the event that Stream Dream Development creates, merges with, or is acquired by another entity, your information will most likely be transferred. Stream Dream Development will email you or place a prominent notice on our Platform before your information becomes subject to another privacy policy.

Protection of Stream Dream Development and others. We release personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce or apply our Terms and conditions and other agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Stream Dream Development, our users or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Anonymous Information. Stream Dream Development uses the anonymous browsing information collected automatically by our servers primarily to help us administer and improve the Platform. We may also use aggregated anonymous information to provide information about the Platform to potential business partners and other unaffiliated entities. This information is not personally identifiable.

Email Address. The email address that you supply to us for purposes of receiving our email communications will never be rented or sold to a third party.



7. PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. If transactions are processed on the Website, transaction information is transmitted to and from the website in encrypted form using industry-standard SSL connections to help protect such information from interception. We restrict authorized access to your personal information to those persons who have a legitimate purpose to know that information to provide products or services to you and those persons you have authorized to have access to such information.

Stream Dream Development follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once Stream Dream Development receives it. Therefore, while Stream Dream Development strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Users who provide information through our platform, as data subjects and data owners, have the right to access, rectify, download or delete their information, as well as to restrict and object to certain processing of their information.   • Rectify, Restrict, Limit, Delete: You can also rectify, restrict, limit or delete much of your information.
  • Right to be informed: Users of our platform will be informed, upon request, about what data we collect, how it is used, how long it is retained and whether it is shared with third parties.

Additionally, if you are a European resident, we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe.



9. CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION

We are in compliance with the requirements of The California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - European regulation), regarding the protection of the personal data of minors. We do not collect any information from anyone under 18 years of age. Our platform and services are all directed to people who are at least 18 years old or older. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information, terminate that person's account, and restrict access to that person.



10. EDITING AND DELETING INFORMATION

If you believe that any information, we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect. You can change, modify, rectify and delete your Information at any time, please contact us through the contact information. To opt-out of Stream Dream Development email, follow the instructions included in the email. Your request should be processed within 48 hours.

Except as otherwise expressly included in this Privacy Policy, this document addresses only the use and disclosure of information Stream Dream Development collects from you. If you disclose your information to others, whether other users or suppliers on Stream Dream Development, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. Stream Dream Development does not control the privacy policies of third parties, and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable. Stream Dream Development is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of other platforms on the Internet, even those linked to or from the Stream Dream Development site. Stream Dream Development encourages you to ask questions before you disclose your personal information to others.
